First, I hope you’ve noticed our NEW LOGO! We’re so pleased with the design and feel it makes a statement about who we are and what we want to communicate. What do you think? (and sorry about that MailChimp email, I’m still figuring out how to get the logo into that!)
Summer has been a time of rest and travel for some of our volunteers. A couple have traveled across Canada to visit family, others off to visit their kids and look after grandchildren and some on camping adventures. I’ve been relaxing at my trailer and seeing time rejuvenating – with my knitting in hand.
I’ve been working on a lovely project called Current by Kephren. I found it on Ravelry, of course. I’m using Malabrigo Silkpaca and it’s so lovely and soft. You’ll be able to see it in the shop this fall as I’m knitting it as a sample. However, I want one for me! Here are some pics of it so far…

Summer hours will be in effect till after the Labour Day weekend. And remember, we close on long weekends to give the volunteers a break.

10:00 am till 2:00 pm Tuesday to Saturday
