Hello Everyone!
All of us at Once Upon a Sheep want to let you know we are thinking of you and praying for you during these days. Some of us are having a hard time with isolation and some of us are getting our knitting groove on and having Zoom knitting get-togethers.
We had a couple of requests for yarn recently and it caused us to reconsider what we are able to do as a volunteer run shop. We were able to help someone who wanted to pick up yarn they had put on hold and a volunteer was able to go down and in a safe way, handle payment and pass the purchase out to the customer.
Therefore, we have changed our policy.
Once Upon a Sheep is willing to consider any requests for yarn under certain conditions.
- If we have the yarn in stock.
- We will take credit card payment over the phone
- We will arrange a time for a volunteer to meet the customer at the shop and pass the purchase safely out keeping all proper sanitation and COVID-19 guidelines in place.
